I grew up in Breckinridge County and spent a good part of my adult life in Meade. I live in Falls of Rough now, close enough to the lake that I see what sits on the market and what moves.
The short version
Outside real estate I serve with the Kentucky Army National Guard. It's taught me a lot about life, and a lot of it carries over into this job.
Most of this job is homework. Pulling what sold nearby, working out why one place brought more than the one down the road, and being able to explain the number to somebody who is about to make a decision on it. That part suits me.
I'd hate to give you a number without seeing the place and it end up being off, so I'll come out, walk it with you and pull what's actually sold around you before I tell you anything.
